In signing and submitting this form, I agree to fulfill the allotted time and financial commitment to work privately 1-on-1 with Priscilla Bernstein for the next 3 months from July 1-Sept 30, 2024.

I also acknowledge, agree, and understand that there are no refunds. What I get out of this private coaching is directly relevant to the amount of consistent energy and effort that I am willing to put in. I am agreeing to stay engaged and committed to my growth and this work for the full 3 months together in this private container.
